It is a necessary requirement for the use of the Snowfy service, that you read and accept the following Terms and Conditions that are written below. The use of our services implies that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use in this document.

Kaps Management Group S.L. (“Kaps”) reserves the right to make any modifications, deletions or extensions to the content and the way it is presented that it deems necessary, and the user must make sure to use the latest version of the app at all times.

Kaps guarantees that the personal information required by the app has the necessary security. The data entered by the user will not be delivered to third parties, unless they must be disclosed in compliance with a court order or legal requirements.

Kaps is not responsible for the misuse that is made of the contents of the service, nor for the damages or losses arising from the access or improper use of the information of said service. Likewise, Kaps is exonerated from liability for any damage or harm that the client may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by Kaps, provided that it comes from sources outside the same.

Kaps, declines any responsibility that derives from the exchange of information between users through its Snowfy service.

This is a help tool, and is in no way a substitute for the emergency services that exist in each region.

Kaps offers within the application the Premium GOLD self-renewing subscription, which includes all the functionality of the free mode, but increasing the number of personal protectors from 1 to 5.

Our Premium GOLD self-renewing subscription is paid in monthly installments. For each month that your monthly subscription is active, you acknowledge and agree that Kaps is authorized to charge with the same method that was used for the payment of the initial subscription fee for the amount of the monthly subscription fee accepted at the time of the Formalization of the paid subscription contract. Monthly subscription fees for renewal will continue to be billed using the payment method you used automatically until canceled. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each month in order to avoid the next month’s subscription fee being billed through the Payment Method you used. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial monthly subscription period.

Kaps will keep the application updated against new versions of the operating system, but will not be responsible for the impact that these new versions may have on the app, nor for the limitations, restrictions and state of the network that affect the correct functioning of the app.

The content and structure of this app, as well as the algorithms, the Helpy device, the brands, logos and designs that are part of it are protected by industrial and intellectual property laws and by international treaties. It is strictly prohibited, without the express authorization of Kaps, the reproduction, distribution, transformation or manipulation of the texts, images, graphics, sounds, animations, videos or any other content that appears in this app.

The unauthorized reproduction, distribution, manipulation or disassembly of the source codes, of the incorporated algorithms or of the databases, whether in whole or in part, will give rise to serious civil and criminal penalties and will be subject to as many legal actions as may correspond in Right.

Snowfy needs to access your location in these situations, even when the app is closed or not in use:

– When you have an accident or need help. Let Snowfy know where you are to notify your Protectors.

– When you activate the protection by Artificial Intelligence. It allows Snowfy to accurately analyze if an accident has occurred and you need help.
